Family Development Foundation (FDF) is a community-focused development organization operating across Jashore, Jhenaidah, and Magura. Since 1999, we've paired responsible microfinance with education, health, housing, agriculture, and livelihood support — because a family's needs rarely fit inside one program.
Finance alone isn’t enough.
A family may need access to finance — but it may also need education, healthcare, housing, agricultural support, or a new livelihood. FDF exists to meet families where they are, combining responsible financial services with community-based development so support reaches the whole household, not just one need at a time.
We work closely with the communities of Jashore, Jhenaidah, and Magura, building programs around what local families actually need rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
